Inmunidad innata e inmunidad adaptativa

ResumenPara que los componentes celulares y humorales del sistema inmune inicien una fase efectora es necesario el reconocimiento. El conocimiento de los receptores clonotípicos de los linfocitos T y las células B, TCR y BCR respectivamente, ha ocupado gran parte de los esfuerzos de los investigadores. Sin embargo, en los últimos años se ha prestado especial atención a los componentes celulares y moleculares de reconocimiento del sistema inmune innato, revolucionándose el papel del sistema inmune innato a nivel del reconocimiento y su estrecha relación con el sistema inmune adaptativo. En este trabajo revisamos los diferentes elementos en los que la inflamación se desarrolla: elementos inductores, sensores, mediadores, trasladadores, efectores y reguladores y analizamos estos elementos en diferentes sistemas celulares como los monocitos/macrófagos, células dendríticas, mastocitos, neutrófilos, células T y B, así como elementos moleculares como el complemento.

Recognition is required for cell and humoral components of the immune system to initiate an effector phase. Understanding the clonotypic receptors of T lymphocytes and B cells (TCR and BCR, respectively) has occupied much of the efforts of researchers. In recent years, however, special attention has been focused on the cell and molecular components of recognition in the innate immune system, revolutionising the role of the innate immune system at the level of recognition and its close relationship with the adaptive immune system. In this study, we review the various elements in which inflammation develops: inducer, sensory, mediator, translation, effector and regulatory elements. We analyse these elements in various cell systems such as monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, mast cells, neutrophils and T and B cells, as well as molecular elements such as the complement.
