Points essentielsLes angiœdèmes bradykiniques acquis non médicamenteux sont rares.Ils sont associés aux gammapathies monoclonales de signification indéterminée (MGUS) ou aux syndromes lymphoprolifératifs.Ils sont responsables de la même symptomatologie que celle des angiœdèmes héréditaires et donc exposent au même risque d’atteinte laryngée.Ils sont caractérisés par un déficit en C4, en C1Inh pondéral et fonctionnel et en C1q.Ils sont liés à la consommation de C1Inh par les cellules lymphoïdes (type I) ou à la présence d’anticorps anti-C1Inh (type II).Ils doivent bénéficier d’un traitement symptomatique des crises : concentré de C1Inh ou icatibant.La place du rituximab reste à déterminer.
