SummaryThymic malignancies are relatively uncommon tumours that display significant clinical, pathological, and molecular heterogeneity. This article focuses on the principles of treatment of thymic malignancies. In the future, collaboration between many different institutions will open the opportunity to achieve a better understanding and management of the disease. In this issueThorax innovation (TORINO)Marc Humbert, Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, FranceDrugs induced pulmonary arterial hypertensionAndrei Seferian et al., Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, FranceComplications of chemotherapy, a basic science updateMarianne Mazevet et al., Chatenay-Malabry, FranceComplications of thoracic radiotherapyCyrus Chargari et al., Villejuif, FranceThymic tumours: An updateValentina Polo et al., Padua, ItalyAutologous tracheal replacement: from research to clinical practiceDominique Fabre et al., Le Plessis Robinson, FranceEnvironment and asthma in adultsNicole Le Moual et al., Villejuif, France
