Le léiomyome de l’œsophage: Six cas d’énucléation vidéo-assistée

RésuméBut de l’étudeRapporter notre expérience concernant l’énucléation vidéo-assistée du léiomyome de l’œsophage.MéthodesÉtude rétrospective de 6 observations (5 hommes et 1 femme) de patients ayant eu une énucléation tumorale extramuqueuse vidéo-assistée (4 thoracoscopie et 2 cœlioscopies).RésultatsUn patient a souffert de complications postopératoires à type d’hématome pariétal sur orifice de trocart et fièvre sur épanchement pleural droit, résolutives après drainage pleural. L’évolution était favorable chez tous les patients et aucune récidive n’a été notée.ConclusionLa chirurgie vidéo-assistée apporte des avantages indéniables dans le traitement du léiomyome de l’œsophage.
