Implants péniens hydrauliques : enquête de satisfaction, résultats et complications. Étude rétrospective portant sur 50 patients consécutifs primo implantés au CHU de Nice entre 2000 et 2009

In our series, the satisfaction rate was better for the three-compartment prosthesis. After 45 months of follow-up, 73% (31/42) of patients had a functional prosthesis. The non-satisfaction most frequently found were patients who have complications as sepsis; mechanical failure, and prosthesis erosion, and subjective feeling of penile length reduction.
