RésuméNous décrivons les aspects chirurgicaux du premier cas d’utilisation successive d’un rein prélevé initialement chez un donneur cadavérique, puis reprélevé sur la première receveuse qui avait une récidive précoce et sévère de micro-angiopathie thrombotique du transplant réfractaire aux traitements.
