Uso de coronas sistema cad-cam en implantes osteointegrados

ResumenEn implantología existen tratamientos en los cuales se necesita dar una solución clínica estética, rápida, con baja asistencia del paciente y de un costo menor. Para eso hemos realizado empíricamente rehabilitaciones con buen resultado, como es el uso de prótesis fija total cerámica sobre pilares metálicosLas cerámicas de uso odontológico, para su elaboración en forma tradicional, necesitan de la presencia de un especialista, un laboratorio, tiempo para su cocción y confección. El avance nos permite contar con tecnología que, tras tomar una imagen y digitalizarla, se puede diseñar computacionalmente y mediante una máquina fresadora obtener la rehabilitación en una sola sesión y en muy reducido tiempo.En este trabajo de investigación planteamos la posibilidad de utilizar en forma usual cerámica feldespática pre-sinterizada en presentación de cubo y manejada por sistema asistido por computador (CEREC), elaborándose coronas de forma inmediata sobre pilares metálicos maquinados en implantes oseointegrados. Evaluando si este material es capaz de resistir la fuerza masticatoria.
