Neuropatía motora axonal aguda (síndrome de Guillain-Barré)

We present the case of a 38-year old man diagnosed of a pure axonal pathology in GBS in a specialized Primary Care Center with the help of the medical practitioner after a neurological diagnosis that was unclear. The objective of presenting this case is to reaffirm that the symptoms and follow-up study of the process of becoming ill continues to be the fundamental milestones to diagnosis multiple conditions in the medical practitioner's consultation.
