In our study, there was a greater degree of adhesion to the hypertension protocol in patients whose values were controlled. However, the only aspects that are related with good control of blood pressure were ABPM/SMBP, having a correct hyposodium diet, regular adequate exercise and performance of a complete initial laboratory analysis.
