Simvastatin Suppresses Cyclophosphamide-induced Changes in Urodynamics and Bladder Inflammation

Simvastatin was effective at ameliorating the negative urodynamic changes and inflammation in the bladder after CP administration and is a potential therapy for preventing side effects in patients undergoing this chemotherapy.
