Relationship of bariatric surgery to Müllerian-inhibiting substance levels

Sixteen women who underwent bariatric surgery were enrolled in a prospective study to evaluate Müllerian-inhibiting substance (MIS) levels preoperatively and postoperatively. We found that MIS decreased significantly in women younger than 35 years of age.
