Diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the cervix with rectal involvement

• Diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the cervix is a very rare gynecologic malignancy and difficult to diagnose.
• This case is the youngest reported occurrence of cervical DLBCL with interesting considerations of GI involvement and fertility.
