Transposición pene-escrotal completa: diagnóstico prenatal

We report a case of prenatal diagnosis of complete penoscrotal transposition in a fetus at 20 weeks of gestation. Systematic exploration of all the organs, including the genitals, allowed the diagnosis of these rare malformations.
