Vanishing twin y feto papiráceo en el segundo trimestre de gestación

We present a clinical case of foetal death in bichorionic-diamniotic gemelar gestation in the second trimester of gestation with fetus papyraceus. There is known the exact moment of the foetal death that had place during an ultrasonography examination, not this way the cause. In spite of the fact that this one described in the bibliography a major risk of morbidity and mortality of the alive twin, the gestation and the childbirth dealed without complications.
