Tumores borderline de ovario. Estudio retrospectivo de 60 casos

Borderline ovarian tumors have an excellent prognosis. Good results are provided by conservative surgery in young patients wishing to preserve fertility. In initially unstaged patients with apparent stage I tumors, surgical restaging does not appear to be useful.
