Dismenorrea por útero unicorne con cuerno rudimentario

The objective of this article is to describe three cases that associated dysmenorrhea and unicornuate uterus with a non-communicated right rudimentary horn and functional endometrium in our service, with special emphasis on diagnosis and treatment.
