Ophthalmologic correlates of disease severity in children and adolescents with Wolfram syndrome

Children and adolescents with Wolfram syndrome have multiple ophthalmic markers that correlate with overall disease severity. RNFL thickness measured by OCT may be the most reliable early marker.
