Traitement du glaucome néovasculaire lié à la persistance après chirurgie du décollement de rétine d'un décollement de rétine périphérique annulaire

The retinal ischemia related to the persistence of a chronic and circumferential RD anterior to dense photocoagulation scars after ab-interno RD surgery, whereas the rest of the retina appears reattached, is probably the causative factor of neovascular glaucoma. In the present case, the removal of RD by circumferential retinectomy combined with an intraocular injection of anti-VEGF allowed the complete and definitive regression of neovascular glaucoma.
