Photodynamic Therapy with Intravitreal Triamcinolone in Predominantly Classic Choroidal Neovascularization

Combined PDT and IVTA therapy seemed to be more effective than PDT alone for managing predominantly classic subfoveal lesions secondary to AMD. The triamcinolone-related adverse events included glaucoma and cataract progression.
