Pediatric multifocal myofibroblastic tumors with involvement of the gallbladder: HIV- and Epstein-Barr virus-associated smooth muscle cell tumors

Surgical intervention is reserved for symptomatic lesions and improves the immunocompromised state, although there is a propensity for local recurrence of the tumor.
