L'annonce en cancérologie : recommandations et centre de simulation

We first present in this paper some psychological and communication characteristics of the break bad news in, ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks that structure this step in France. Finally, we present the original training opportunities within the simulation centres and highlight some peculiarities in thoracic oncology.
