Bilan pré-thérapeutique des cancers bronchiques

If pre-operative assessments of lung cancer have been the subject of consensus and international publications, it is not the same for thoracic irradiation and chemotherapy. The purpose of this paper is to review the state of knowledge of care before thoracic surgery and non-surgical treatment of lung cancer. We deal here with “curative” radiotherapy and chemotherapy / biological treatment with a French Authorization or widely used in lung cancer, namely bevacizumab, crizotinib, docetaxel, erlotinib, etoposide, gefitinib, gemcitabine, paclitaxel, pemetrexed, platinum salts and vinorelbine.
