In this paper, we discuss the different degrees of patient information regarding reality of the proposed therapy. How about benefits and risks? How to take into account patient's subjectivity? What are the conscious or unconscious defects during communication that could joepardize the doctor-patient relationship? We suggest here that trust is never established a permanent basis and it requires a long term commitment.
