Adaptation du programme de réhabilitation

A pulmonary rehabilitation program must be tailored to meet the needs of the patients for whom it is designed. A preliminary interview to analyse the subject's needs and personal situation will help identify the patient's diffi culties and expectations and may be used to develop a project that will be educational. Occupational therapy focuses on the daily activities of elderly subjects and consists in helping them fi nd adaptation strategies to decrease their energy expenditure.
