Vaccination antigrippale et antipneumococcique en pneumologie, chez l'adulte en France

In France, two vaccinations are not mandatory but recommended: vaccination against seasonal influenza and pneumococcal vaccination. The efficacy of influenza vaccination is indisputable (fewer hospitalizations, reduced mortality and favorable cost-effectiveness). Despite good coverage of the population, coverage of healthcare workers remains weak (17 to 54 %). According to the literature very heterogeneous, the effectiveness of pneumococcal vaccination in the 23-valent vaccine is more controversial, partly explaining a low coverage rate in France.
