The severe forms of disease are observed in young people, pregnant women, and susceptible patients with severe underlying pathologies. The anti-viral treatment (oseltamivir) has to be prescribed to those patients. The vaccine will be administered first to people at high risk of severe disease, and to health care workers, to preserve the health system.
