Self-similarity analysis of eubacteria genome based on weighted graph

► We investigate the self-similarity characteristics of eubacteria genomes. ► A weighted graph describes the similarity relationship in the same genome. ► Some variables are derived from the largest social structure in the weighted graph. ► We classify 23 eubacteria into two groups by double logarithmic point-plots.
