Density of class groups of imaginary ℓ-cyclic function fields

In this paper we generalize a recent result of Wittmann on densities of the 4-rank of class groups of imaginary quadratic function fields to the ℓ-rank of class groups of imaginary ℓ-cyclic extensions of Fq(T) where ℓ is any odd prime dividing q−1.
