Dual canonical bases and Kazhdan–Lusztig polynomials

We derive a formula for the entries of the (unitriangular) transition matrices between the standard monomial and dual canonical bases of the irreducible polynomial representations of Uq(gln) in terms of Kazhdan–Lusztig polynomials.
