Association schemes based on the subspaces of type (2,1,0)(2,1,0) in singular symplectic space over finite fields

In this paper, we provide a construction of association scheme based on the subspaces of type (2,1,0)(2,1,0) in singular symplectic space over finite fields. Moreover, all parameters of the association scheme are computed.
