Association schemes based on singular linear spaces and its applications

The construction of association schemes based on subspaces of type (m+s,s)(m+s,s) in singular linear spaces is provided in this paper. And all parameters of the association scheme are computed. Moreover, an authentication code with perfect secrecy from the association scheme is applied.
