Optimizing Colin de Verdière matrices of K4,4

We study the problem of finding and classifying the optimizing Colin de Verdière matrices of complete bipartite graphs. The main result is a complete classification of the optimizing Colin de Verdière matrices of K4,4. We then show a family of optimizing Colin de Verdière matrices for K4,q,q⩾4.
