On the relation of the Drazin inverse and matrix pencil theory methods for the study of generalized linear systems

In control theory, the methodology of the Drazin inverse and matrix pencil theory methods for generalized regular systems are extensively used. Thus, in this paper, a relation between the Drazin Inverse and the Weierstrass form of a regular pencil is derived and fully investigated.
