Similarity preserving linear maps on upper triangular matrix algebras

In this note we consider similarity preserving linear maps on the algebra of all n × n complex upper triangular matrices Tn. We give characterizations of similarity invariant subspaces in Tn and similarity preserving linear injections on Tn. Furthermore, we considered linear injections on Tn preserving similarity in Mn as well.
