L2-regularity of kinetic equations with external potential

In this paper, we study a class of kinetic equations with a potential term. Making use of the multiplier method, we obtain hypoelliptic regularity of the solution u on space variable x   and the potential V(x)V(x), under some assumptions on the velocity variable y   and the potential V(x)V(x).
