Global solution for a quasilinear wave equation with singular memory

In this work the existence of a weak global solution for the mixed problem associated to the quasilinear equationu″-M(‖▽u‖2)Δu+∫0th(t-τ)Δu(τ)dτ=0is proved using the Galerkin method.
