The CBEM–BEM coupling for elliptic problems

We consider a coupling method of the cell boundary element method (CBEM) and the boundary element method (BEM) for an elliptic interface problem. The main advantage of the CBEM is that it conserves flux exactly without needing dual volume generation. The method is fully analyzed and some numerical experiments testing the method and comparing with other couplings are provided.
