Existence of cyclic (3,λ)(3,λ)-GDD of type gvgv having prescribed number of short orbits

In this paper, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a cyclic (3,λ)(3,λ)-GDD of type gvgv with exactly αα short block orbits are determined for all possible parameters λ,g,vλ,g,v and αα.
