Scattering matrices of regular coverings of graphs

We give a decomposition formula for the determinant on the bond scattering matrix of a regular covering of GG. Furthermore, we define an LL-function of GG, and give a determinant expression of it. As a corollary, we express the determinant on the bond scattering matrix of a regular covering of GG by means of its LL-functions.
