The plane CS∞ non-criticality of certain closed sets

In this paper we first show that some families of fibers of certain fibrations are neither R2 nor Tg-CS∞-critical and then, in the last section, we show that the finite families of disjoint generalized Hawaiian earrings are neither R2 nor Tg-CS∞-critical.
