Structural performances of thermally conditioned PBO FRCM confined concrete cylinders

Test results were used to define an empirical coefficient that accounts for the thermal conditioning effects in design models commonly adopted to predict the peak strength and the corresponding strain of the PBO-FRCM wrapped specimens.
