RETRACTED: SEM-REV energy site extreme wave prediction

This paper wrongly refers to in situ data gathered from 2001 to 2010 from the SEMREV test site which was not in operation during this period. The data collected was hindcast data, and the lack of validation step for this data hinders the relevance and applicability of the results presented in the paper.
