Separation based adsorption of ethanol-water mixture in azeotropic solution by single-walled carbon, boron-nitride and silicon-carbide nanotubes

Combined GCMC and MD simulation results show that in higher pressures, the SWCNTs are very suitable nano-scale materials to separate water from ethanol, while in lower pressures, the SWSiCNTs are more effective nano-scale materials for ethanol separation than water.
