Zero-order TS fuzzy model to predict hydro turbine speed in closed loop operation

The parameters in fuzzy inference system are adaptively tuned using gradient-descent optimization technique. The performance of identified zero-order TS fuzzy model is demonstrated accurately and thus suitable for turbine speed dynamics study.
