On the effect of reference point in MOEA/D for multi-objective optimization

That is, the reference point specified in three representative ways, i.e., optimistic, pessimistic and dynamic leads to different performances for decomposition based algorithms. The dynamic way is demonstrated as the most robust for a range of benchmarks. 83
