Barriers to technology use among older heart failure individuals in managing their symptoms after hospital discharge

Patients were willing to engage in HF self-care however they relied on CPs who were more willing to ask questions about HF. Technology tools may assist in HF self-care, but they must be tailored for use among older individuals.
