A delay-dependent stability criterion for linear neutral delay systems

A new stability criterion for linear neutral delay systems is developed in this note. Based on Park's inequality, a new delay-dependent stability criterion is derived. A numerical example is proposed to illustrate the less conservatism of the obtained results.
