Determination of norfloxacin content using bovine serum albumin as a fluorescence probe by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy

show that NFX can interact with BSA, the endogenous fluorescence of BSA appeared regular quenching with the increasing concentration of NFX. The prediction between the fluorescence intensity of NFX-BSA system and norfloxacin content was eatablished based on the least squares linear fitting. The regression equation was obtained to be y = 67.626-10.071x, The correlation coefficient is 0.9932. the recovery is between 95.59%-103.45%.
