Knowledge-based geoinformation technology for evaluation of agricultural lands

In the paper a geoinformation technology of agricultural lands evaluation is presented. The technology is based on the ontology of evaluating the agroeconomic potential of lands and methods of experts evaluations. The technology employs a continuously updated geospatial database. It allows conducting the static and dynamic lands evaluation as well as accumulating the obtained solutions in the form of schemes for typical tasks preserving their reuse under similar conditions.
