Research on the Openness of Microsoft Band and its Application to Human Factors Engineering

Through checking data to understand the current domestic and foreign research status of smart band, we find that there are so many smart band individual users, but smart band's application in the enterprise is very little. So this paper chooses an open smart band-Microsoft Band to study the application of it in the company and takes Microsoft Band 2 as an example. Firstly, we should know the band itself about the kinds and function of sensors. Secondly, according to the knowledge about ergonomics, we can combine sensors or implement secondary development on them. This process involves the assumption of relevant statement. Lastly, through these improvements, we can eventually achieve the application of the Band in the enterprise. So we can make use of smart band by integrating a variety of different sensors, processing chip and communication module in order to realize collection, analysis, processing and transmission about the data of works. Enterprises can get physiological and psychological status of workers by the smart brand. This research ultimately makes enterprises always get dynamic data of workers and know workers' demand in time, which can adjust mode of production, improve production efficiency and reduce the probability of accidents in the process of production.
